NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
ACCORDING TO THE PLT HE LANDED TOO FAR ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RWY & THE RIGHT WHEEL HIT A CHUNK OF ICE. THE ACFT VEERED RIGHT INTO A SNOWBANK COLLAPSING THE NOSE GEAR.
