NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
THE ACFT NOSED OVER DURING LANDING. THE PLT SAID VIBRATION CAUSED THE PARKING BRAKE TO BE SET IN THE 'ON' POSITION PRIORTO LANDING. AT ABOUT 20 MPH HE USED THE BRAKES AND THE ACFT NOSED OVER.
