DURING TAKEOFF FROM A PRIVATE AIRSTRIP THE PILOT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT'S LEFT WING TO DRAG ON THE GROUND. GUSTY WIND CONDITIONS EXISTED AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
