NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

Following the report of an engine fire, there was an emergency evacuation of the airplane. The AAIB requested the NTSB to conduct an investigation of the emergency escape slide malfunctions that occurred. There were no injuries to the crew or passengers during the evacuation.
