WHILE THE HELICOPTER WAS LANDING ON A WHEELED LANDING PLATFORM, AND AFTER THE PILOT HAD REDUCED ENGINE POWER TO IDLE, THE RIGHT SKID SLIPPED OFF THE PLATFORM & THE HELICOPTER ROLLED OVER.
