THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING LANDING ON RUNWAY 22 HE MADE A RIGHT HAND CORRECTION TO COMPENSATE FOR THE RIGHT CROSSWIND. THE LEFT WING SUBSEQUENTLY STRUCK THE GROUND CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO CARTWHEEL AND THEN IT NOSED OVER.
