THE PILOT HAD LANDED AT THE KALSKAG AIRPORT EARLIER - SOMETIME AFTER 2200 - AND WAS OBSERVED DRINKING HEAVILY FROM A BOTTLE WHICH WAS FINISHED AND THROWN AWAY.
