THE NONINSTRUMENT-RATED PRIVATE PILOT ATTEMPTED A VFR FLIGHT AND ENCOUNTERED IMC CONDITIONS EN ROUTE. HE LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE AND CRASHED INTO A LAKE.
