THE ACCIDENT AIRPLANE STRUCK A POWERLINE WHILE PERFORMING AERIAL APPLICATION. THE PILOT ELECTED TO MAKE AN OFF AIRPORT PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AND NOSED DOWN DURING THE LANDING ROLL.
