THE CERTIFICATED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR STATED THAT SHORTLY AFTER LIFTOFF, AFTER A TOUCH AND GO LANDING, THE ENGINE QUIT AND THE AIRPLANE CRASHED SOUTH OF THE RUNWAY.
