UPON ARRIVING AT HIS DESTINATION ARPT THE PILOT LANDED ON A DOWN SLOPING RWY. THE ACFT RAN OFF THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY AND COLLIDED WITH THE TERRAIN.
