NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
Aircraft departed runway 26R at CDG at 14:42 UTC and was observed by the air traffic control tower personnel to have flames trailing upon rotation and lift off. The airplane undercarriage did not retract, flame continued and there was little altitude gain. The airplane crashed at 14:44 about 5 km. from the takeoff runway. The accident site included a small hotel.
