NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

On November 1, 2000, about 1745 Greenwich Mean Time, a Rockwell Commander 690B, N6900K, was substantially damaged while landing at the Sao Tome E Principe Airport (FPST), Sao Tome Island, Sao Tome. The pilot of the airplane, the sole occupant, was not injured. No flight plan had been filed for the ferry flight that departed the Aeroporto 4 De Fevereiro (FNLU), Luanda, Angola. This investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Sao Tome.
