THE 22-HOUR STUDENT PILOT EXPERIENCED FUEL EXHAUSTION ON FINAL APPROACH TO HIS DESTINATION AIRPORT DURING THE LAST LEG OF HIS SECOND SUPERVISED SOLO CROSSCOUNTRY FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED HARD AND NOSED OVER.
