THE PRIVATE PILOT STATED THAT JUST AFTER GETTING AIRBORNE HE ENCOUNTERED A STRONG GUSTY CROSSWIND AND THE AIRPLANE STALLED AND CRASHED INTO A RESIDENTIAL YARD. WITNESSES VERIFIED THE STRONG GUSTY WINDS.
