SHORTLY AFTER LIFT OFF FROM THE LAKE AT A ALTITUDE OF 200 FEET, THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE. THE AIRPLANE THEN STALLED AND CRASHED INTO A WOODED AREA.
