WHILE PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LDGS, DURING THE STUDENT PLTS SECOND SOLO FLIGHT, DIRCTIONAL CONTROL WAS LOST. THE ACFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY, CARTWHEELED, THEN CAME TO REST INVERTED.
