THE PILOT WAS FLYING VERY CLOSE TO THE WATER FOR THE PURPOSE OF DROPPING BEER TO FRIENDS. THE PILOT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO INADVERTENTLY DESCEND AND STRIKE THE WATER.
