THE STUDENT PILOT OF AN ERCOUPE 415C HAND-PROPPED THE AIRCRAFT WITH NO ONE AT THE CONTROLS AND THE TAIL NOT TIED DOWN. THE ENGINE STARTED AND THE ERCOUPE STRUCK A PARKED, UNOCCUPIED, TIED DOWN CESSNA 170.
