NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

DURING A LANDING ROLL OUT, THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. AN EXAM REVEALED THAT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN LOCK PLATE WAS BROKEN, WHICH ALLOWED THE MAIN LANDING GEAR TO COLLAPSE INTO THE WHEEL WELL.
