THE PILOT CONTINUED THE CROSS-COUNTRY FLIGHT BEYOND THE ORIGINAL DESTINATION. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, A LOSS OF ENGINE POWER OCCURRED DUE TO FUEL EXHAUSTION. THE AIRPLANE WAS LANDED IN A WOODED AREA.
