THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO HAND PROP THE ENGINE WITHOUT A PERSON MANNING THE AIRPLANE CONTROLS. THE ENGINE STARTED AND THE AIRPLANE TAXIED UNMANNED INTO A PARKED AIRPLANE.
