THE ULTRA-LIGHT TYPE AIRPLANE SETTLED BACK TO THE RUNWAY AFTER LIFT-OFF. SUBSEQUENTLY, IT TOUCHED DOWN HARD, BOUNCED & WAS DAMAGED.
