NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

THE PLT STATED THAT DURING THE TAKEOFF GROUND RUN THE ACFT TRAVELLED OVER A SMALL RISE ON THE RWY & BECAME AIRBORNE PREMATURELY. THE ACFT THEN COLLIDED WITH TREES WHILE THE PLT WAS TRYING TO MANEUVER IT TO AVOID A POPULATED AREA. THE ACFT THEN COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND & WAS DESTROYED BY POST IMPACT FIRE. THE PLT FURTHER STATED THAT HE CHOSE NOT TO DUMP THE CHEMICAL BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO ENDANGER ANYONE ON THE GROUND.
