DURING A POSITIONING FLT TO PICK UP REVENUE PASSENGERS, PIC NEGLECTED TO LOWER LDG GEAR FOR LDG. ACFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. PIC STATED HE FORGOT TO LOWER GEAR AND NO WARNING HORN HAD ACTIVATED.
