NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

AFTER A COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE AND AN EMERGENCY LANDING ON THE BEACH, THE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING THE PLANE TO NOSE OVER ON ITS BACK. EXAMINATION OF THE ENGINE REVEALED A BLOCKED OIL SCREEN WHICH CAUSED OIL STARVATION.
