DURING A LOCAL FLT WHILE PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS, THE PLT LOST CONTROL OF THE ACFT DURING THE LANDING ROLLOUT. THE ACFT GROUNDLOOPED TO THE LEFT, EXITED THE RWY AND NOSED DOWN.
