ON SECOND TAKEOFF, AN ABRUPT LOSS OF POWER WAS EXPERIENCED. ON FLARE FOR THE EMERGENCY, OFF AIRPORT LANDING, THE AIRCRAFT LANDED HARD ON RISING TERRAIN, BOUNCED AND CAME TO REST INVERTED.
