SHORTLY AFTER LIFTOFF, THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A TAILWIND AND DOWNDRAFT FORCING THE AIRCRAFT DOWNWARD AND SUBSEQUENTLY IMPACTED TREES AND COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND.
