THE ACFT TOOK OFF ON A 3900-FOOT DRY ASPHALT RWY. AN UNCOMMANDED LEFT YAW DEVELOPED WHICH THE PLT WAS UNABLE TO COUNTER. THE ACFT STRUCK A FENCE OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY AND NOSED OVER.
