WHILE TAXIING ON THE RAMP AFTER LANDING, THE RIGHT WING OF THE ACFT STRUCK A JET BLAST FENCE. THE PLT STATED TWO LINEMEN WERE GUIDING THE ACFT AT THE TIME.
