THE PLT REPORTED THAT SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF AT AN ALT OF APRX 150 FT AGL, THE LEFT WING STALLED. THE ACFT THEN ENTERED A SPIN AND CONTACTED THE TERRAIN IN AN APPROXIMATE 45 DEG NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE.
