NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

THE PLT REPORTED THAT SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF AT AN ALT OF APRX 150 FT AGL, THE LEFT WING STALLED. THE ACFT THEN ENTERED A SPIN AND CONTACTED THE TERRAIN IN AN APPROXIMATE 45 DEG NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE.
