DURING THE FINAL APPROACH TO RUNWAY 25, THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A DOWNDRAFT AND BEGAN TO DESCEND, THE PILOT ADDED POWER BUT BUT UNABLE TO RECOVER PRIOR TO THE AIRCRAFT CONTACTING THE TREES.
