THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A SNOW BERM DURING LANDING AND NOSED OVER. THE PLT SAID THEY WERE HIT BY A WIND SHEAR CROSSWIND FROM A VALLEY 90 DEGREES TO THE RWY.
