DURING A TOUCH-&-GO LANDING, THE PLT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE ACFT AFTER HE APPLIED POWER TO TAKEOFF AGAIN. THE ACFT WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY, HIT A DITCH & NOSED OVER.
