THE CESSNA WAS PARKED SHORT OF THE RWY IN THE RUNUP AREA WHEN THE BOEING A75 TAXIIED INTO THE TAIL OF THE ACFT. THE BOEING PLT SAID HE DID NOT SEE THE PARKED ACFT.
