PLT STATED THAT ON INITIAL CLIMB, HE BECAME DISTRACTED BY AN INSECT IN THE COCKPIT AND THE ACFT DRIFTED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RWY, COLLIDING WITH TELEPHONE LINES NEAR THE END OF THE RWY.
