THE ACFT DRAGGED A WING AND FLIPPED OVER AFTER THE PLT MADE A HARD LANDING AND LOST CONTROL. THE PLT ATTEMPTED A GO-AROUND IN AN UNCONTROLLED SITUATION. THE ACFT WAS DESTROYED.
