NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

ACCORDING TO THE PLT, SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF THE ACFT BEGAN TO PITCH UP, DECELERATE, AND ROLL RIGHT. HE REDUCED POWER AND LOWERED THE NOSE IN AN UNSUCCESSFULL ATTEMPT TO REGAIN CONTROL. THERE WERE NO MECHANICAL MALFUNCTIONS REPORTED.
