ACFT OVERRAN THE END OF THE RWY WHEN TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AFTER FAILURE TO ROTATE. NO MECHANICAL DIFFICULTIES WERE NOTED.THE RWY WAS DRY AND ADEQUATE. THE CG WAS AT OR NEAR THE FORWARD LIMIT.
