NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

THE PLT & PASSENGER DEPARTED ON A LOCAL SIGHT-SEEING FLT. WHILE FLYING LOW OVER THE NARROW PART OF LAKE SAMISH, THE ACFTCOLLIDED WITH A POWER LINE, THEN CRASHED IN THE WATER. THE POWER LINES WERE 129 FT ABOVE THE WATER AT THE LOWEST POINT.
