THE PILOT STATED THAT HE WAS TAKING OFF FOR HIS FOURTH TOUCH AND GO LANDING WHEN THE ACFT WEATHERVANED AND HE LOST CONTROL OF THE ACFT. THE NOSE WHEEL STRUCK A CONCRETE DRAINAGE DITCH.
