THE NOSE GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND DUE TO IMPAIRMENT OF THE RETRACTION/EXTENSION MECHANISM BY THE COMPLETE BLOCKAGE OF A HYDRAULIC PASSAGWAY WITH FOREIGN MATTER SIMILAR TO RUBBER.
