NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

On November 13, 2000, about 1200 Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) a Beech E-90, French registry F-GIML, crashed during a go-around at the Reims Prunay Airport, near Reims, France. Weather conditions and flight plan information are unknown. The captain and first officer were fatally injured. The time of departure from the Paris Le Bourget Airport has not been determined. According to the French Bureau Enquetes Accidents, the pilot reported performing a simulated engine-out approach for training purposes and attempted a go-around. The airplane crashed shortly afterward. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of France.
