NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING LANDING FLARE THE AIRCRAFT DROPPED RAPIDLY STRIKING THE RUNWAY ON THE MAIN GEAR. IT THEN BOUNCED BACK INTO THE AIR AND LANDED ON THE NOSE GEAR WHICH COLLAPSED.
