ONE BLADE OF THE PROPELLER FAILED IN CRUISE. POWER WAS REDUCED DUE TO VIBRATION AND A FORCED LANDING WAS MADE. DURING THE HARD LANDING ON UPSLOPE RANGELAND THE LANDING GEAR FAILED.
