AIRCRAFT MADE HARD LANDING AT MINING AIRSTRIP AFTER ENCOUNTERING A STRONG GUST OF WIND. THE WHEEL LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED& THE AIRCRAFT SLID ABOUT 100 FT ON THE FLOAT KEELS BEFORE FLIPPING OVER.
