THE ULTRALIGHT WAS HIGH & FLAT DURING THE APPROACH SO THE CFI DEPLOYED THE SPOILERONS TO INCREASE THE DESCENT. THE DUAL STUDENT STARTED HIS FLARE TOO LATE & THE VEHICLE BOUNCED & STALLED.
