NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

THE AIRCRAFT ENGINE STOPPED AT 400 FEET AGL DURING CLIMBOUT. THE PILOT EXECUTED A TURN AT MINIMUM AIRSPEED AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT ON A GOLF COURSE. THE LANDING GEAR AND ENGINE MOUNTS FAILED. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE AIRCRAFT'S FUEL TANKS WERE EMPTY.
