ON THE SECOND SHORT FIELD TAKEOFF THE STUDENT PILOT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO LIFTOFF AT TOO SLOW AN AIRSPEED. THE RIGHT WING DROPPED AND THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTED THE GROUND BESIDE THE RUNWAY.
